This decision to track trades on the website was made at the QRLLC meeting on May 6, 2024.

How to Report Schedule Changes

Schedule changes can be reported on the website using the online form. This is for all temporary changes due to trades or substitutions.

Alternatively, you can email your changes directly to Steve, and he will post them for you.

Using the Form

• Click HERE to access the form.

• You'll be asked for following information:
  Your name
  The start and end dates of the time period being reported
  Who is originally scheduled to use the condo during that period
  Who will be using the condo instead 

Editing Your Submitted Form

When a form is filled and submitted, a confirmation message will be returned. The message “Edit your response” will be shown in the confirmation. Clicking that link will reopen the form for editing or correcting entries.
