By downloading, installing, accessing, or using QRKit (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
QRKit is a mobile application that helps users scan QR codes and barcodes, create and customize QR/barcode content, save and manage history, and use export and sharing features.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.
If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the App.
QRKit does not require you to create an account to use the App.
Subscriptions and purchases are associated with your Apple ID.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and Apple ID.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your use of the App.
Subscription Plans
QRKit offers the following options (pricing may vary by region or change over time; the prices shown in the App and on the App Store at the time of purchase apply):
Monthly Plan: $1.99 per month
Yearly Plan: $9.99 per year
Lifetime: $29.99 one-time purchase for ongoing access to features included in that tier
Subscription Terms
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies.
We do not issue refunds directly.
Cancelling a subscription does not refund the current billing period but prevents future charges.
Free access is limited to selected features as described in the App.
We reserve the right to modify free usage limits or pricing with notice as required by Apple or applicable law.
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
Violate applicable laws or third-party rights
Infringe intellectual property rights of others
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the App
Circumvent subscription, trial, or usage limits
Interfere with the security, stability, or performance of the App
Introduce malicious code, scripts, or software
The App, including its design, features, text, graphics, and functionality, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App except as permitted by law. All trademarks and service marks remain the property of their respective owners.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, or that outcomes will meet your specific goals.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for subscriptions or in-app purchases in the 12 months preceding the claim, or fifty dollars (USD) if you have not made any such purchases, whichever is greater, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior, or attempt to bypass usage or subscription limits. Upon termination, your right to use of the App ceases to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be reflected by revising the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the App and supersede all prior agreements on this subject.
