QR Code Hero does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information or personal data.

• We do not upload your camera feed, photos, or scanned QR code results to any external server. All QR code scanning and processing occurs locally on your device.

3. Camera and Photo Library Permissions

QR Code Hero requires access to your device's camera and photo library solely to perform its core function: reading QR codes.

• Camera: Used only to scan QR codes in real-time. The video feed is processed locally and is never recorded, saved, or transmitted off your device.

• Photos/Images: When you select an image containing a QR code from your library, the app processes that image locally to extract the code. We do not upload, copy, or retain your images.

4. Third-Party Services (AdMob)

This app uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. While QR Code Hero itself does not collect any data, AdMob (as a third-party service) may collect certain data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.

According to Google’s policies, AdMob may collect:

• IP address

• Device information (e.g., model, OS version)

• Ad interaction data

Crucially: QR Code Hero does not pass any scanned QR code data or personal information to AdMob.
