The App stores your scan history locally on your device using an internal database (SQLite). This data remains on your device unless you choose to delete it or uninstall the App.
### c. Location Data
The App may request access to your location if you scan a location-based QR code or if a specific feature requires it. This data is used only to show your position on a map or to provide local context for the scanned code. It is not shared with us.
### d. Gallery Access
If you choose to scan a barcode from an existing image, the App accesses your photo gallery. Only the image you specifically select is processed for barcode detection.
### e. Product Information Lookup
When you scan a product barcode (like EAN or UPC), the App may send the barcode number to third-party services (such as Open Food Facts or UPCitemdb) to retrieve product details. These requests are anonymous and do not contain any personal information.
## 2. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services that collect information used to identify you:
* **Google Play Services**: For App functionality and updates.
* **Google ML Kit**: Used for the barcode scanning technology.
## 3. Data Security
We do not collect any personal data on our servers. All information related to your scan history is stored locally on your device. You have full control over this data and can delete it at any time.

The App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
