By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the QR & Barcode Scanner Pro mobile application (the "App") provided by Arwian Developer ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must uninstall the App and cease all use immediately.
2. Description of Service
The App is a versatile utility tool designed to provide users with QR and barcode scanning capabilities, device launcher personalization, and localized weather forecasts. Weather data is supplied by a third-party provider, AccuWeather. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or functionality of the App at any time without prior notice.
3. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Our data collection, usage, and sharing practices—including how we handle your device permissions (such as Camera, Location, and Notifications)—are outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the practices described therein.
4. Third-Party Services, SDKs, and Advertising
Our App integrates various third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) and services to provide core functionalities, analyze App performance, and serve advertisements. These third parties operate under their own Terms of Service:

5. User Conduct and Restrictions
When using the App, you agree not to:
Use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent purposes.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or its integrated third-party services.
Bypass any security measures or access restricted areas of the App.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, design rights, and source code associated with the App, are owned by Arwian Developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE APP'S ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR SUITABILITY FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOU USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ARWIAN DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Indonesia.
