1. This app offers you, among other things, the ability to scan QR and Barcodes, but makes no guarantees to scan every kind of codes.

2. You may not use this app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.

3. You must not, in using app, intentionally or unintentionally violate any application local, state, national, or international law.

4. You agree to use this app services only for purposes that are lawful. You shall not use this service to transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including but not limited to any material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, gives rise to civil liability, or otherwise violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

5. You understand and agree that we can not be responsible for the content posted on the app.

6. We reserve the right to modify or terminate our service for any reason, without notice at any time.

7. For in-app purchases made through the App Store, we do not have the right to issue any refunds. The only way to receive a refund for such purchases is to contact Apple.

8. We do not send invoices to you. Instead, you have confidential access to your Account balance information through the mobile app store.

9. The terms of services may be updated from time to time for any reason. You are advised to consult the terms of services regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
