USER'S AGREEMENT

Welcome to Qraft, a platform that connects users with skilled artisans for a variety of services. By accessing or using the Qraft app, you agree to be bound by the following User Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
1. USE OF THE APP

1.1 Eligibility
To use Qraft, you must be at least 13 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
1.2 Account Registration
You may need to create an account to use certain features of the App. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
1.3 User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
2. BOOKING SERVICES

2.1 Artisans
Qraft allows users to book services from independent artisans ("Service Providers"). We do not endorse or guarantee the quality of any services provided by Service Providers.
2.2 Payment
Qraft does not facilitate or process payments on behalf of users. All pricing and payment arrangements are to be discussed, agreed upon, and completed directly between artisans and customers using their preferred method.
2.3 Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are managed directly between artisans and customers. Since payments are not made through Qraft, we are not responsible for handling or resolving refund or cancellation requests.
3. CONTENT AND CONDUCT

3.1 User Content
You retain ownership of any content you post on Qraft. By posting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the App.
3.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any unlawful or prohibited activities, including harassment, fraudulent activities, or any actions that may harm other users or the App.
4. TERMINATION

4.1 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate this Agreement or if we believe your actions may harm the App or other users.
4.2 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in the App. Termination will not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to termination.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qraft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or services provided by Service Providers.
6. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the App, and your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
7. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Ikeja Judicial Division. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved in the courts located in Lagos State High Court, Nigeria.
