Privacy Policy for QR Label Maker
Effective date: 27 October 2026
QR Label Maker is provided by Artificial Apps & Games and is an offline-first Android application. The app does not create an online account, and does not transmit inventory, scans, labels, or backup data to the developer. The app shows ads — see the Advertising section below.
Data handled by the app
- Inventory and label data is stored locally on the user's device.
- CSV files, images, PDFs, and backup files are accessed only when the user selects, creates, saves, shares, or restores them through Android system controls.
- The camera is used only when the user chooses to scan a QR code. Camera images are processed for scanning and are not uploaded by this release.
- Encrypted backup files are created only at the user's request. The user controls where those files are stored or shared.
Data sharing and retention
Your inventory and label data is not sent to the developer or third parties. Advertising partners receive only the data described in the Advertising section below. Local app data remains on the device until the user deletes it, clears the app's storage, restores another backup, or uninstalls the app. Files exported outside the app remain wherever the user saved or shared them.
Security
Backups are protected with password-based AES-256-GCM encryption. Users are responsible for keeping their backup passwords and files safe.
Children's privacy
QR Label Maker is a general productivity tool and is not directed to children.
Changes
If future versions add cloud synchronization, accounts, analytics, or other network services, this policy and the Play Console data-safety disclosure must be updated before that version is released.

ADVERTISING
QR Label Maker shows ads provided by Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network (Facebook). These partners may collect and use your device advertising ID and information about ad views and taps to serve, personalise and measure ads, and to prevent fraud.

Depending on your region, you will be asked for your consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change this choice any time from the app settings (Privacy options) or from Android Settings > Privacy > Ads, where you can also reset or delete your advertising ID.
Your inventory data (products, SKUs, prices and label designs) is stored only on your device and is never sent to us or to any advertising partner.
