1. Acceptance of the Terms By downloa

ding, installing, or utilizing the QR Generator Pro application (the "Application"), you express your absolute agreement to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Application.

2. License Grant The developer grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Restrictions on Use You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application.

• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Application.

• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of the developer or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or the licensors of the Application.

4. Content Liability and Disclaimer The Application acts solely as a utility to encode and decode information into QR code formats.

• The developer exercises no control over the URLs, text, Wi-Fi credentials, or vCard information you choose to encode or scan.

• We are not responsible for malicious software, phishing websites, or harmful content that you may accidentally access by scanning third-party QR codes. Users are advised to exercise caution and verify URLs before opening them in a web browser.

5. Intellectual Property The Application, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of the developer.

6. Monetization and Premium Features The Application is provided free of charge, supported by in-app advertisements. Users have the option to temporarily remove advertisements by voluntarily viewing a "Rewarded Video Ad." Any circumvention of the ad-delivery system is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability In no event shall the developer be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Application.

8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
