You agree to use the app lawfully and responsibly.
You are solely responsible for the content you scan, create, or share through the app.
The app must not be used for harmful or illegal QR code content.
Ads in the app are delivered via Google AdMob.
AdMob may collect limited, non-personal device information to serve ads.

We do not control or endorse third-party ads or their content.
The camera is used only for scanning QR codes.
We do not record, store, or transmit camera data.
All design elements, code, graphics, and features in QR Code Maker & Scan belong to Yass IMGH or its licensors.
You may not reverse engineer, copy, distribute, or modify the app without permission.
The app is provided without any warranty regarding accuracy, performance, or suitability for specific uses.
You use the app at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yass IMGH is not responsible for:
data loss
inaccurate scan results
indirect or incidental damages
misuse of QR codes generated or scanned with the app
We may suspend or restrict access to the app at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms.
If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you acknowledge that Google AdMob may process limited device data in accordance with GDPR.
By using the app, you consent to this processing where required for ad delivery.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
