QOL（以下「本アプリ」）は、小規模事業者・飲食店向けの収支・原価管理アプリです。
1. 取得する情報
開発者は、利用者が入力した業務データを開発者のサーバーへ収集する仕組みを設けていません。iOS版に含まれる第三者SDKの技術情報の取り扱いについては、第5項をご確認ください。
利用者が入力した以下のデータは、原則として利用者の端末内に保存されます。
・店舗名
・売上
・仕入
・業者名
・支払状況
・経費
・返済
・その他収入
・メモ
・固定支出設定
・バックアップデータ
2. バックアップについて
本アプリのバックアップ機能は、利用者の端末内または利用者自身の操作によるコピー・復元を目的としています。
バックアップデータには、利用者が入力した売上・仕入・経費等の情報が含まれる場合があります。
利用者は、バックアップデータの管理に注意してください。
3. 課金について
本アプリで有料プランまたはアプリ内課金を利用する場合、決済処理はApple App StoreまたはGoogle Playを通じて行われます。
開発者は、利用者のクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を取得しません。
4. 第三者提供
本アプリは、利用者が入力した業務データを開発者や第三者へ自動送信・販売しません。利用者自身がPDFやバックアップを印刷・共有・コピーする場合、選択した送信先や保存先にデータが渡ります。
5. 外部サービス
本アプリは、アプリの配布、課金、OS機能、PDF出力等のために、Apple、Googleその他のプラットフォーム機能を利用する場合があります。
これらのサービスにおける情報の取り扱いは、各サービス提供者のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
iOS版の第三者SDKと技術情報
iOS版にはGoogle ML Kit、GoogleDataTransport等の第三者SDKが含まれます。アプリやSDKの品質・性能の維持改善、診断および利用状況の分析のため、端末・アプリに関する技術情報（機種、OS、アプリのバージョン等）、インストール単位の識別子、性能情報（処理時間等）、SDKの設定・利用イベント、エラー等の診断情報が、SDK提供者であるGoogleへ送信される場合があります。開発者の独自サーバーへSDK診断データを送信する処理はありません。
インストール単位の識別子は、利用者や物理端末を一意に特定することを目的としたものではありません。SDK提供者の申告に基づき、これらの情報は利用者の個人情報に関連付けられず、広告・広告測定を目的としたトラッキングには使用されません。
これらの技術情報は、売上・仕入・メモ等の業務入力内容とは区別されます。OCR画像や認識結果をGoogleへアップロードする機能はなく、ML Kitの画像・テキスト認識の入力と結果は端末内で処理されます。SDK情報の取り扱いはGoogleの方針に従います。

6. 注意事項
本アプリに表示される収支・原価率・残キャッシュ等は、利用者が入力したデータをもとに計算した参考値です。
消費税、法人税、所得税その他の税額は反映されません。
本アプリは、税務・会計・法務上の助言を提供するものではありません。

本ポリシーは、必要に応じて変更されることがあります。
重要な変更がある場合は、本ページまたはアプリ内で告知します。

QOL (“the App”) is a cost and cash management app for small businesses and restaurants.
1. Information We Collect
The developer does not collect user-entered business data on a developer-operated server. See section 5 for technical information handled by third-party SDKs included in the iOS app.
Data entered by the user is generally stored locally on the user’s device. This may include:
- Store name
- Sales
- Purchases
- Vendor names
- Payment status
- Expenses
- Repayments
- Other income
- Notes
- Fixed expense settings
- Backup data
2. Backup
The App’s backup function is intended for local backup or user-operated copy and restore.
Backup data may contain sales, purchases, expenses, and other information entered by the user.
Users are responsible for managing their backup data securely.
3. Payments
If the App offers a paid plan or in-app purchase, payment processing is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play.
The developer does not collect credit card numbers or other payment card information.
4. Sharing with Third Parties
The App does not automatically transmit or sell user-entered business data to the developer or third parties. When users choose to print, share or copy PDFs or backups, data is passed to their selected destination.
5. External Services
The App may use platform functions provided by Apple, Google, or other service providers for app distribution, payments, operating system functions, and PDF output.
Information handled by these services is subject to each provider’s privacy policy.
Third-party SDKs and technical information in the iOS app
The iOS app includes third-party SDKs such as Google ML Kit and GoogleDataTransport. Technical device and app information (such as device model, OS and app version), per-installation identifiers, performance information (such as processing latency), SDK configuration and usage events, and diagnostic information such as error codes may be sent to Google, the SDK provider, for quality and performance maintenance and improvement, diagnostics, and usage analytics. The app does not send SDK diagnostic data to a developer-operated server.
Per-installation identifiers are not intended to uniquely identify a user or physical device. According to the SDK provider’s disclosures, this information is not linked to the user’s identity and is not used for tracking for advertising or advertising measurement.
This technical information is separate from business content entered by users, such as sales, purchases and notes. The app does not upload OCR images or recognition results to Google. ML Kit image and text recognition inputs and outputs are processed on the device. Google’s handling of SDK information is described at:

6. Disclaimer
Cash balance, cost rate, and other figures shown in the App are calculated based on user-entered data and are for reference only.
VAT, GST, sales tax, income tax, corporate tax, and other tax liabilities are not included.
The App does not provide tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.
Important changes will be announced on this page or within the App.
