Useful website for foreign residents
Some useful tips from our former member, K. Saito:
You can filter the search by stay duration, preferred area, and contract language. Since the terms and conditions differ for each room, it is best to read the details on the page carefully.
When you find a place, you will pay the first month’s rent through the site to finalize the rental. Once you have moved in, you will deal directly with the landlord regarding rent and other details.
Since popular rooms tend to get taken fast, it is probably best to make a decision and book as soon as you can.
