Registration Fees: 

Students/Postdoc: 5000 INR. 

Delegates from Academia: 10000 INR. 

Delegates from Academia (with partner): 15000 INR.

Participation from Industry/Research Lab: 10000 INR

Registration deadline: 12th December 2025

Steps involved in the registration fee payment:

1. Log on to https://onlinesbi.sbi.bank.in/sbicollect

2. Select Category: Click on "Educational Institutes" (top left)

3. Search for Educational Institutes: Enter "Indian Institute of Science Education and Research"

4. Two options will appear with the same name, but different states. Click on the one with "Madhya Pradesh"

5. Select "Payment Category": "QMEC 2025 Conference"

6. Please enter the relevant information and make the payment. Do remember to download the receipt. You need to upload it with the registration form.
