Registration for participation in QMATH 16 is now open!
Registration is now open here. Please read all the information below before filling out the registration form!
Registration is via a Google form, which you can log into with your regular Google account details. This enables you to return to the form and change any data at a later stage, e.g. to change your talk title, add an abstract, apply for funding etc.
Please note: By registering for QMATH16 you agree to us collecting, processing and storing your data, solely for the purposes of the organisation of the QMATH16 conference. From this form, your data will be stored on a Google server, possibly outside the EU. Please see the Google Data Protection regulations here. Any data stored by the organizers of QMATH16 on TUM computers and servers will be deleted 3 months after the conference, or retained solely in an anonymized form for statistical purposes. Contributed Talks / Posters :
Unless you are one of our invited speakers, session organisers or advisory board members as listed on the website, then please register as a "regular participant". During registration you then have the option to propose a contributed talk for one of the sessions or a poster for the poster session. We expect contributed talks to be around 25 minutes long, but the exact length will be determined based on the amount of proposals for each particular session.
> to get full consideration for contributed talks, please register by June 10th. We will let you know if your talk has been accepted by June 30th. Please note: All talks have now been allocated and we cannot accept any further applications.
> if you would like to submit a poster for the poster session, this is possible until the registration deadline on July 31st. We will confirm acceptance of your poster by August 8th.
Financial Support:
Should you not be fully funded by your institution or research body, you have the option to apply for financial support in the form of accommodation and / or travel support during the registration process. Please note, that you will be asked to upload a short CV during the registration process.
To get full consideration for funding, please register by June 15th. We will then let you know by July 15th how much support we can offer. Should funds remain, we will continue to distribute financial support to applications submitted after this date.

Invitation Letter:
If you require an official invitation letter, please write to us: qmath@cit.tum.de. If the invitation letter needs to contain any specific information, please include a text suggestion which contains all the relevant details required.
Conference Policies:
The QMATH16 Organizing Committee at TUM is committed to conducting this conference in accordance with IUPAP principles as stated in the IUPAP resolution passed by the General Assembly in 2008 and 2011. In particular, no bona fide scientist will be excluded from participation on the grounds of national origin, nationality, or political considerations unrelated to science.
In particular we refer to the policies on Free Circulation of Scientists and on Harassment at Conferences as published here and will appoint advisors who can be contacted confidentially in the case of any such occurrences.
Conference Fee:
There are no fees for participation in the QMATH16 conference at TUM. We wish to thank the following organisations for their generous support:
