The 1600-meter-high settlement aims at creating horizontal urban experience vertically. Instead of separating different functions and stacking them vertically, this proposal attempts to arrange multiple function blocks (clusters) of various programs on a same level and connect all these blocks with green belt and public space ascending spirally. The core and vertical transportation are designed accordingly to fulfill both the privacy required for different programs as well as the publicness.
