Before embarking on a career as a researcher, I worked for a Beijing-based star-up company cultivating sci-fi writers in their early career development and pioneering in the spread of a futuristic outlook in China. I was a staff writer, and later an associate editor for the non-fictional editorial team. Some of my articles are primarily published on WeChat Official Account 不存在新闻 ('Non-Exist-SF'), under the pen-name 'Raeka'.
