Last updated: July 3, 2026
Qistly: Bills Tracker (“Qistly”, “the app”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a personal organization app that helps users track bills, installments, debts, subscriptions, reminders, and family obligations.
This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles your information.
1. Data Stored on Your Device
Qistly is designed as a local-first app. The bills, installments, obligations, payment records, notes, categories, amounts, reminders, and settings you enter are stored locally on your device.
We do not operate a server that receives or stores your obligation data.
2. No Bank Connection
Qistly does not connect to banks, credit providers, lending services, BNPL providers, or financial institutions.
We do not ask for or collect:
- Bank login details
- Credit card numbers
- Bank account numbers
- Government ID numbers
- Financial account credentials
All financial information entered in the app is manually entered by you for personal organization purposes.
3. No Financial Advice
Qistly is a personal organization and reminder tool only. The app does not provide banking, lending, investment, credit, debt settlement, or financial advice.
Any summaries, insights, reminders, or PDF reports are based only on the information you enter.
4. Purchases and Subscriptions
Qistly Pro purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system using StoreKit.
We do not receive or store your payment card details. Payment processing, subscription management, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple.
Qistly Pro may unlock features such as:
- Unlimited obligations
- Monthly PDF reports
- Face ID lock
- Monthly insights
- PDF export
5. Notifications
If you enable reminders, Qistly may request permission to send local notifications.
Notifications are used only to remind you about due dates and obligations that you create in the app. Notification content is generated locally on your device.
You can disable notifications at any time from the app settings or from your device settings.
6. Face ID
If you enable Face ID lock, the app may use Apple’s biometric authentication system to protect access to the app.
Qistly does not receive, store, or process your Face ID biometric data. Biometric authentication is handled by iOS.
7. PDF Reports
If you are a Qistly Pro user, you may export monthly PDF reports. These reports are generated from the data stored locally on your device.
You control whether you share, save, print, or send the exported PDF files.
8. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data.
We do not share your obligation data with advertisers, banks, credit agencies, or financial institutions.
9. Analytics and Tracking
Qistly does not use third-party advertising trackers.
If analytics or crash reporting are added in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated before release.
10. Data Deletion
You can delete your app data from inside the app using the “Delete All Data” option.
Deleting app data removes obligations, payment records, and related local information from your device. This does not cancel any active App Store subscription. Subscriptions must be managed through your Apple ID.
11. Children’s Privacy
Qistly is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Security
We use device-level storage and iOS security features to help protect your data. However, no method of storage or device security is perfect. You are responsible for protecting access to your device.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
