The Qiskit Fall Fest 2025 – KNUST Edition is a 5-day online festival that celebrates the evolution of quantum science over the past century — from foundational theories to groundbreaking technologies shaping the future. The event brings together students, researchers, and enthusiasts to learn, collaborate, and explore the exciting world of quantum computing through hands-on learning and engaging discussions.
Each day blends insightful lectures, interactive workshops, and hands-on coding sessions, designed to engage both beginners and intermediate learners.
✅ Day 1 – The Quantum Journey Begins
Explore the history, foundations, and promise of quantum computing, featuring a guest lecture on “A Century of Quantum Science – From Theory to Technology.”
✅ Day 2 – Understanding the Quantum World
Dive into quantum mechanics fundamentals—superposition, measurement, and entanglement—paired with guided demonstrations using Qiskit.
✅ Day 3 – Quantum Circuits in Action
Learn how to build and visualize quantum circuits, from basic gates to Bell states, using the Qiskit SDK.
✅ Day 4 – Algorithms, Applications & Experiments
Bridge theory with practice through sessions on quantum information processing and hands-on implementation of simple quantum algorithms.

A closing showcase of participant projects, community reflections, and discussions on the future of quantum learning and research at KNUST.
