Hello! I am Qiong.

I am a Postdoctoral Fellow at Heinz College, Carnegie Mellon University, where I study human-AI teams. I received my PhD in Decision Sciences from INSEAD.

My research examines how people form judgments and make decisions, with a focus on how AI is changing these processes. I pursue two related questions: how individuals and teams interact with AI and how this affects their outcomes, and how to design interventions that improve these interactions. The broader goal of my work is to help individuals and teams make better decisions as AI becomes part of how they work.
