How to pronounce my name?

Qingyu Chen

Hello! I am a DPhil (PhD) candidate in Economics at the University of Oxford and Nuffield College. I am also affiliated with the Centre for the Study of African Economies (CSAE).

My research interests lie in Trade, Development, and Spatial Economics. Specifically, I study how trade and FDI shape economic outcomes in emerging markets, with a focus on the role of trade and industrial policies in supporting economic development.

I hold an MPhil in Economics (with distinction) also from the University of Oxford, and a BA in Financial Economics from Peking University.

My CV is available here.
