受聘者需符合以下條件之一：

在教育或相關專業領域具有卓越學術成就與國際聲望，能引領本院學術發展或促進國際交流。
Distinguished academic achievements and international recognition in education or related fields, with the ability to advance the College’s scholarly development or foster international collaboration.
在教育實務或專業組織領域具有重大成就與高度社群影響力，對於推動產學合作或教育實踐有具體貢獻。
Significant contributions and strong community impact in educational practice or professional organizations, with concrete achievements in promoting academia-industry collaboration or educational practice.
由本院多位專任教師推薦，經相關單位審議後提報。
Recommended by multiple full-time faculty members and reviewed by relevant units.
由「清鏡弘道榮譽講座教授遴選委員會」審查通過，並由院長核聘。
Reviewed and approved by the “Selection Committee of Qingjing Hongdao Honorary Chair Professors,” and officially appointed by the Dean.
聘期以一年為原則，至多三年，可續聘。
The appointment term is one year in principle, extendable up to three years.
每學年至多聘任三位。
Up to three appointments may be made per academic year.
