Daniel Qilin Peng

My research lies in using alternative data to address empirical questions related to ESG reporting, geopolitical risks, climate finance, DEI policies, and responsible sourcing. 

My current pursuits in the field of ESG are in collaboration with Prof. Hai Lu, Dr. Jee-Eun Shin, and Dr. Luping Yu. During my doctoral studies, I was privileged to be mentored by Prof. Thomas Schmid, Prof. Chen Lin, and Prof. Ye Luo.

Looking ahead, I welcome collaborations in domains like supply chain management, government procurement, and geospatial distribution of bank branches.
