Stainless Steel 304 / 304L: This is the most versatile chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steel. The standard 304 grade contains a maximum of 0.07% carbon, while 304L is a low-carbon variation (max 0.03%) that provides superior resistance to intergranular corrosion after welding. Both grades offer excellent corrosion resistance, good formability, and are widely used in applications ranging from food processing equipment and architectural trim to chemical containers and mining screens.
Stainless Steel 316 / 316L: This molybdenum-bearing austenitic stainless steel offers significantly enhanced corrosion resistance, particularly against chlorides and acids, making it ideal for marine environments, chemical processing, and pharmaceutical equipment. Similar to the 304 series, 316L is the low-carbon version (max 0.03%), which is preferred for heavy gauge welded components to prevent carbide precipitation.
Galvanized Wire: Our galvanized wire is made from low-carbon steel and coated with a layer of zinc for protection. This process provides excellent anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation properties. It is known for its durability and is commonly used in construction, fencing, weaving wire mesh, and packaging.
Aluminum: Aluminum wire mesh is valued for its excellent strength-to-weight ratio and natural corrosion resistance. It is a lightweight, non-magnetic material that is easy to work with and is often used in architectural, automotive, and aerospace applications where weight is a critical factor.
Copper: Copper wire mesh offers high electrical and thermal conductivity, along with good corrosion resistance. It is often selected for its distinctive aesthetic appeal in architectural designs, as well as for specialized applications in filtration, RFI shielding, and other industrial uses.
