First-Person Viewpoint

Like my Player Motivational Profile, I love action and social, and shooter games are usually a combination of both. Most of the modern shooter games today are Team-based. Shooter games rely on hand-eye coordination and fast decision-making. Shooter games can be further classified as a player's viewport, a First-Person shooter (also known as FPS), and a Third-Person shooter (also known as TPS). First-person shooters feature a viewpoint from which the player experiences the action from the player character's camera while for the third-person shooter, the player can see the character they control.
Personally, I enjoy both but FPS more because it is more immersive. It enjoying feeling like I'm in the game rather than being the one who controls the characters which makes me feel like a movie. In my opinion, I feel like third-person views would be a better option for adventure games rather than a shooter game. Third-person shooter can sometimes make me feel like the character model is getting in my way and restricting my field of view. In conclusion, I love shooter games especially in highly competitive FPS games like CS:GO, Battlefield series and Overwatch. It makes me feel like I’m playing an extremely fast-paced game of chess with a group of people where communication is the key to victory. The most enjoyable part for me about shooter game is playing with my friends.
An open world is a game mechanics using a virtual world that the player can freely explore and achieve goals, as opposed to a more linear and organized gaming structure. It allows players to have the freedom to do whatever they want instead of constantly following the storyline that tells them what to do. Some open-world games do not have concrete goal or end to the game like Minecraft. Even though players have freedom exploring, Open-world games still place many restrictions on the game environment, either because of technical limitations or because of the in-game limitations imposed by the linearity of the game.
I enjoy open-world game because it gives me a sense of freedom to play at my own pace and style, doing whatever I want on a big map. I like a city or place to roam about in and have a great story, instead of a straightforward path. For example, in Grand Theft Auto V, I love to run around exploring maps and looking for unique cars to steal. If I felt bored that day, I could just start shooting people around town, even though it's not part of the game mission, but I'm still enjoying the game. Some of the open-world games I played are The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Assassin’s Creed Origin, Grand Theft Auto V and Minecraft.
Witcher 3 has a lot of "?" around the map for player to explore

A turn-based strategy (TBS) game is a game of strategy where players take turns throughout play. Turn-based tactical gameplay is distinguished by the players' ability to complete their tasks by using the fighting forces they are provided to, and usually by providing a realistic depiction of military tactics and operations.
I don't like turn-based strategy games, because when playing game I don't like thinking or planning a lot. Personally, I feel like playing games should be enjoyable, and not so much thought and planning. I tried XCOM 2 on my friend's computer and I don't enjoy the strategic depth and methodological approach to combating it. I'm impatient too, I feel turn-based games are too long and repetitive to enjoy. Even if I win the game and get satisfied, I won't want to undergo a long process of thought and planning again.
