What is Qigong?
Qigong (pronounced "chee-gong") is an ancient practice from China that combines movement, breath, and focused intention to cultivate and balance life-force energy, often called Qi.
It is used to:
Support energetic balance and relaxation.
Promote a sense of clarity and calm.
Strengthen the connection between mind, body, and spirit.
What is Qigong remote healing?
Qigong remote healing is a form of distance energy work rooted in traditional Qigong principles. Through breathwork, visualization, and cultivated life-force energy (Qi), the practitioner connects with you energetically regardless of location. This process helps shift stagnant energy, reduce stress, and support physical, emotional, and spiritual balance—all without needing to meet in person.
How old is the practice of Qigong?
Qigong is an ancient healing art that has been practiced for thousands of years. Its roots reach back over 4,000-5,000 years in Chinese history, evolving from early shamanic practices, breathwork traditions, martial arts, medicine, and spiritual cultivation. Over time, Qigong became a refined system of working with the body's life-force energy—qi—through intention, breath, movement, and stillness.
Today, Qigong is practiced worldwide as a gentle, powerful method for supporting balance, relaxation, and overall well-being. Although it has many styles and lineages, the heart of Qigong has always remained the same: helping the body and spirit return to harmony.
How do remote Qigong healings work?
I offer remote healings that don't require any scheduling. Once you request a healing, I'll connect energetically when the timing aligns and complete the work remotely. No appointment needed—just set the intention and I'll handle the rest.
Do I need experience?
No prior experience with Qigong or meditation is required. Remote healing is accessible to everyone, and your body naturally knows how to receive and integrate the Qi.
How will I know when the healing is complete?
I will notify you directly when your remote healing session has been completed. You do not need to schedule a specific time or monitor anything on your end. Simply go about your day, and you'll receive an email from me when the session is complete.
What does the follow up look like?
When your remote healing session is complete, I will provide a personalized follow-up message. This may include insights from the session, practical exercises to support integration, or specific recommendations such as sipping Yin-Yang water. The follow-up is tailored to what arose during your healing.
What if I don't feel anything?
Sensitivity to Qi varies from person to person. During remote Qigong healing, some individuals feel sensations such as warmth, tingling, or emotional release, while others may feel little or nothing. The effectiveness of the session does not depend on physical sensations—Qi shifts can still take place even if the experience is subtle or non-sensory.
How do donations work?
Remote Qigong healings are shared without expectation. If the session touches you and you feel guided to give back, you're welcome to send a donation through PayPal or Venmo. Your offering joins the same circle of energy that makes this work possible and helps sustain me in the process.
