The Annual Meeting of the Japan Society of Fluid Mechanics (JSFM) will take place in Nagano before the QFM workshop. QFM workshop participants are strongly encouraged to attend, although participation is optional.
Dates: 24–26 September 2026 (Thursday–Saturday)
Venue: Nagano (Engineering) Campus, Shinshu University, Nagano, Japan.
Quantum fluid mechanics
A special session entitled “Quantum fluid mechanics” will be held as part of the JSFM Annual Meeting. Registered JSFM participants are welcome to attend without giving a presentation.

Separate registration is required for JSFM. Participation in the QFM workshop does not include registration for the JSFM Annual Meeting.
Participants attending JSFM must register individually through the official JSFM registration system.

Travel, Rest & Sightseeing
No QFM workshop sessions are scheduled for Sunday, 27 September. Participants may use this day for travel, rest, or independent sightseeing before the workshop begins on Monday, 28 September.
