Venue: Hotel Shinanoji  (Nagano City; ~8 min walk from JR Nagano Station) 

Format: invited and contributed talks and poster presentations, single track

Participation: By prior arrangement with the organizers.

Workshop registration fee: Free of charge. The workshop dinner is charged separately; see the Program page for details. 

This workshop aims to bring together researchers interested in fluid-mechanical aspects of superfluids and related areas for focused, in-depth discussions in a small, informal setting. The program will include both invited and contributed talks, leaving ample time for open discussion and interaction.

In addition, we encourage participants to attend the annual meeting of the Japan Society of Fluid Mechanics (JSFM) held just before the workshop in the same city. The special session “Quantum fluid mechanics” is intended to connect the quantum and classical fluid communities in Japan and internationally.

Participation in the JSFM annual meeting is not mandatory, but strongly encouraged, as it provides a valuable opportunity to interact with the broader classical fluid mechanics community in Japan.
