Terms and Policy

The maximum weight of a single package for delivery: 1-2 kg.

The maximum length of a single package: 15 inches.

The maximum width and girth: 12 inches

A booking request from the fake profile is not approved.

Team QuickDeal Chattogram can use any type of transportation for quick delivery of the items/documents booked by the consignee.

At the time of delivery, the receiver must satisfy itself about the receipt of consignment in good condition and no complaint will be received afterwards.

It is forbidden to send cash, cheque / gift cheque, prize bond with the documents without testimony.

Senders must bear the liability of the information of booked item /goods /documents etc.

Senders must supply all valid papers regarding the consignment before booking for verification of Police, Customers, RAB, or any other legal agencies for lack of which responsibilities ( Taking legal action) including financial loss will be carried by the consignee.

Team QuickDeal Chattogram reserves the right to inspect or verify any consignment before booking.

• Any cancellations received on or after the cancellation Team QuickDeal Chattogram reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to our delivery hero's wasted journey charges.
  
  If our delivery hero attempts to collect the parcel after you have requested a cancellation, you should refuse to hand over the parcel(s). If the parcel is collected, no refund will be issued.
