If you want the absolute lowest latency for split-second reactions in mobile gaming, choose QCY H3; if you need marathon battery life and superior comfort for long travel or work sessions, choose havit Space S1.
• QCY H3: Delivers an ultra-low 60ms latency specifically tuned for gaming sync, but its 55-hour battery life is half that of its rival. Best for competitive gamers who prioritize audio timing over multi-day usage.
• havit Space S1: Offers industry-leading 100 hours of playtime and advanced Bluetooth 6.0 stability, though it lacks the dedicated low-latency gaming mode of the QCY. Best for travelers, commuters, and office workers who never want to plug in a charger.
The QCY H3 PRO is engineered with a specific intent: to bridge the gap between high-fidelity music and responsive gaming. If your primary use case involves playing games on a mobile device, tablet, or console where visual synchronization matters, this is the headset designed for you. The defining feature here is the 60-millisecond audio latency. In the world of mobile gaming, even a slight delay between a footstep on screen and the sound reaching your ears can break immersion or cost you a match. This model explicitly targets that friction point, allowing you to watch movies or answer calls without needing to switch devices, thanks to its robust connectivity features.
Sound quality is another pillar for this pick. The 40mm magnetic titanium-plated diaphragm drivers are paired with LDAC support, a codec that transfers three times more data than standard Bluetooth connections. This means you get Hi-Res Audio fidelity that rivals wired headphones, capturing the subtlest details in game soundtracks or complex musical arrangements. The Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) is equally aggressive, capable of reducing external noise by up to 99.6% and peaking at 50dB. Whether you are sitting on a busy train or a noisy street, the adaptive system calibrates itself to ensure you hear only what matters.

However, this focus on performance comes with trade-offs. While the 55-hour average battery life is respectable for daily commutes, it is not built for week-long road trips without access to power. You will need to charge it more frequently than the competition. Additionally, the quick charge feature offers five hours of playback from just ten minutes of charging, which is convenient for short bursts but less ideal if you have completely forgotten to charge overnight. If you do not care about gaming latency and mostly listen to podcasts or casual music while commuting, the premium price point might not justify the specialized features over a more basic model.
The havit Space S1 is built for endurance. It is the clear choice for anyone who views their headphones as a permanent fixture rather than a tool they swap out. With a staggering 100 hours of total playtime—dropping to 72 hours when ANC is active—the Space S1 eliminates "battery anxiety" entirely. You can wear these for days on end during long flights, cross-country bus rides, or extended work-from-home shifts without ever hunting for an outlet. The battery management is so efficient that a single charge lasts longer than most people's entire workweeks.
Audio performance here leans heavily into rich, balanced fidelity supported by LHDC Hi-Res Audio technology. The 40mm drivers deliver deep bass and crisp highs, ensuring that whether you are listening to classical music, watching action movies, or taking conference calls, the experience is immersive. The hybrid adaptive noise cancellation reaches -45dB, effectively silencing engine hums, office chatter, and subway rumble. Unlike the QCY, which focuses on raw decibel reduction, the Space S1 also includes a transparency mode, allowing you to stay aware of your surroundings when walking through a city or navigating a crowded airport.
The design philosophy here prioritizes long-term comfort and modern connectivity. The enclosure uses polyurethane materials, which typically offer a softer feel against the skin during extended wear compared to harder plastics. The inclusion of Bluetooth 6.0 ensures future-proofing and stable connections across a wider range of devices. However, this versatility comes at the cost of specialized gaming optimization. While it handles general media well, it does not advertise a dedicated low-latency mode like the QCY. If you are a hardcore gamer looking for frame-perfect audio sync, the Space S1 might feel slightly less responsive in high-intensity scenarios compared to its competitor.
• Best for mobile gaming latency → QCY H3. The 60ms latency is a critical advantage for first-person shooters or rhythm games where timing is everything.
• Best for battery life → havit Space S1. At 100 hours, it doubles the playtime of the QCY, making it unbeatable for travel and long workdays.
• Best for noise cancellation strength → QCY H3. Its 50dB reduction capability edges out the 45dB of the havit, offering slightly deeper silence.
• Best for connectivity standards → havit Space S1. Bluetooth 6.0 provides a newer, potentially more stable connection protocol than the Bluetooth 5.4 found in the QCY.
• Best for audio codec detail → QCY H3. LDAC support allows for higher bitrate transmission compared to the LHDC on the havit, appealing to audiophiles.
• Best for call clarity → havit Space S1. The mention of 5-microphone ENC (Environmental Noise Cancellation) suggests a superior setup for voice isolation during calls.
• Best value for commuters → havit Space S1. The combination of long battery, transparency mode, and dual-device connection makes it ideal for multitasking professionals.
• Best for casual music listeners → QCY H3. The app-customizable EQ and spatial sound features provide a tailored experience for home listening.
I would personally buy the QCY H3 if my priority was finding the best wireless earbuds for mobile gaming. The 60ms latency is not just a spec; it is a game-changer for anyone who plays competitively on their phone or tablet. I recommend this for users who want the best gaming headset for mobile gaming because the synchronized audio prevents the disconnect that plagues standard Bluetooth headphones. However, if I were planning a two-week backpacking trip or needed headphones for 12-hour shifts at a desk, I would switch to the havit Space S1 immediately for its unmatched battery longevity and comfort.
Yes, both models support over-ear designs suitable for extended wear, but the QCY H3 is specifically optimized for gaming with its 60ms low-latency mode to prevent audio lag during intense gameplay.
The havit Space S1 offers double the battery life of the QCY H3, providing up to 100 hours of playtime compared to the QCY's 55 hours, making havit better for travel without charging.
Both offer strong adaptive ANC, but the QCY H3 claims a higher maximum reduction of 50dB versus the 45dB of the havit Space S1, potentially offering slightly quieter cabin environments.
The havit Space S1 explicitly supports dual-device connection, allowing seamless switching between a phone and laptop, whereas the QCY H3 focuses on single-stream high-speed transmission.
