The 2024 QC Archives Fair was held at the Credit Island Lodge in Davenport, Iowa on October 26, 2025 from 1:00PM to 4:00 PM. We had 27 libraries, museums, and archives represented and over 200 attendees. Kevin Braafladt, ASC History Office, presented a program called "Battle of the Rock Island Rapids." The program was held at 1:30 PM and 3:00 PM.
2023
The 2023 QC Archives Fair was held at the Hauberg Estate in Rock Island, Illinois with 25 organizations in attendance!
Minda Powers-Douglas presented a program called "Translating Tombstones." She shared her knowledge about the different symbols on gravestones and their meaning. The program was held at 1:30 PM and 3:00 PM.
2022
The 2022 QC Archives Fair was held at the Le Claire House in Davenport, Iowa with over 16 organizations!
Karen Anderson presented the brilliant history of the Le Claire family and the historic structure that bears their name at 1:30 PM and repeated at 3:00 PM.
2021
The 2021 QC Archives Fair was held from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Butterworth Center in Moline, Illinois with over 24 organizations!
Jeff Adamson entertained the audience with a program called "Twisted Tales of the Quad Cities - Creepy but True." He highlighted these stories with historic photographs.
2020
Due to the unforeseen circumstances of the COVID-19 Pandemic, the QC Archives Fair was canceled.
2019
The 2019 QC Archives Fair was held from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the German American Heritage Center in Davenport, Iowa with over 25 organizations represented!

2018
The 2018 QC Archives Fair was an archives "crawl" with three host locations across the Quad Cities. The hosts were the Richardson-Sloane Special Collections Center at the Davenport Public Library, St. Ambrose University Library and Archives, and the Swenson Swedish Immigration Research Center, Augustana College. 15 cultural and historical institutions participated!
