Camera-ready instructions for authors
The Workshop post-proceedings will be published in the Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) series by Springer Nature.
When preparing your camera-ready paper for the proceedings, please consider the reviewers’ comments carefully. Please also take into account that you should obtain permissions for any material you want to reuse. Refer to the Springer Nature Third-Party Permissions for further information.
Authors should consult Springer’s authors’ guidelines and use their proceedings templates, either for LaTeX or for Word, for the preparation of their papers. Springer encourages authors to include their ORCIDs in their papers. The corresponding author should sign the Springer License-to-Publish form. Digital signatures are not allowed, you should scan the signed form into PDF.
The page limits are 11 pages for short papers and 16 pages for long papers, including references.
Once the camera-ready version is complete, you should upload it to the Google form, whose link will be sent to the authors of the selected papers. The form will ask you to provide:
The title of the submission
The full list of authors in the order they appear in the paper
The corresponding author and its e-mail address.
The source files of the paper in a ZIP file (for LaTeX users) or Word file (for MS Word users)
The final PDF compiled by the authors
The License-to-Publish form signed by the corresponding author
If LaTeX is used, the ZIP file with the sources should contain all the LaTeX sources needed to compile your camera-ready paper, including any .bib/.bbl files.
Once the files have been sent to Springer, changes relating to the authorship of the papers cannot be made.
Our publisher implements an extra control loop: once data processing is finished, they will contact all corresponding authors, and ask them to check their papers. We expect this to happen shortly before the publication of the proceedings. At that time, your quick interaction with Springer will be greatly appreciated.
The deadline for submitting the camera-ready version submission is 25 September, 2025
Please contact the Workshop chairs in the case of doubts or problems with your submission.
