Qatar Airways is improving its services for Somali travelers by opening an office in Mogadishu, Somalia. For government officials, business travelers, and the Somali diaspora, this office on Makkah Almukarramah Road offers full-service travel help, including booking flights, customer service, and business travel accommodations. By bringing Qatar Airways' services closer to Somali clients, the project hopes to improve their overall travel experience. " 

A variety of services are provided at the Mogadishu office to meet different requirements for traveling. These include managing travel plans for unaccompanied minors, helping with last-minute flight reservation territory, organizing family and group travel, and providing support for passengers with special needs. The office also manages scheduling and flight modifications and offers advice on baggage allowances and policies. 

Several high-ranking officials including Qatar's ambassador to Somalia and Abdisalaam Dhaay, the deputy prime minister of Somalia, attended the opening ceremony of the Mogadishu office. The Deputy Prime Minister gave Qatar Airways high marks for its commitment to helping the Somali people by supporting a number of activities that advance the country's economic growth and restoration.
