Submission Procedure / Selection

Research papers should address the target topics. Submissions must not have been published or be concurrently considered for publication elsewhere. Papers should follow the ACM SAC proceedings template and be submitted as PDF. Papers should follow requirements for double-blind review and any author names or affiliations in provided PDF terminates the review process. The standard submission allows 8 pages (+2 with additional charge). Posters limits is 3 pages (+1 with extra charge). Online submission site can consider the author names and affiliations. Paper selection is based on the originality, technical contribution, presentation quality, and relevance to the track. Upon paper acceptance, prospective authors must provide a camera-ready version reflecting the review. The conference proceedings will be published by ACM and also available online through the ACM Digital Library.


No-show of scheduled papers will result in excluding the papers from the ACM Digital Library

Paper registration is required, allowing the inclusion of the paper/poster in the conference proceedings. An author or a proxy attending SAC MUST present the paper. This is a requirement for the paper/poster to be included in the ACM digital library. No-show of registered papers and posters will result in excluding them from the ACM digital library.
