Overview

•  These Group Terms apply to group bookings made by agents registered in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, Vietnam, India and Sri Lanka

• Travel in groups is carried out by  the operator's Transport Rules

• A group booking is when 10 or more passengers travel together or for a single purpose.

•  Luggage can be combined and shared with members of the same group upon request.

•  Group bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Passengers who cannot board a particular flight will be charged the full fare.

• Changes to the start and/or destination of the trip are not allowed.

• All times are subject to change.

• Seating options in groups are available.

 Fixed Seat

• All prices are subject to availability at the time of booking

•  Qantas will not reserve seats until we receive confirmation of the request.

•  If the price quoted at the time of acceptance is no longer available Qantas will issue a revised price based on current availability.

•  Following confirmation and if applicable (see Section 5), Qantas will reserve reserved seats (as per schedule) to allow deposit/full payment to be completed.

• Qantas reserves the right to cancel reserved seats if payment (deposit/full payment) is not received within the payment period (see Section 5).

• All deposits are calculated per passenger and per flight.

• All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Passenger Names

• The names of all passengers in the group (mentioned in the passport) must be submitted at least 14 days before departure.

• Name changes can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before departure.

•  Payment can be made through the following lines:

• Your travel agency account.

• Credit card (AMEX/Visa/Master/Diners).
