## 1. Our Commitment to Child Safety

Qadyty is strictly prohibited from being used to create, distribute, promote, or store material that exploits children. We work closely with regulatory bodies and law enforcement to ensure our digital ecosystem remains free of harmful content.

## 2. Prohibited Content & Activity

We strictly prohibit any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates:

- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

- Self-harm or suicide involving minors.

- Grooming or any predatory behavior aimed at minors.

- Human trafficking or child exploitation of any kind.

## 3. Reporting & AI-Driven Moderation

- **Real-Time Reporting:** Every user profile and post in Qadyty includes a "Report" button. 

- **Urgent Review:** Reports tagged with "Child Safety" or "CSAE" are prioritized for immediate review by our human moderation team.

- **Content Filtering:** We utilize automated filtering tools to detect and block prohibited media before it can be disseminated across our nodes.

## 4. Enforcement & Law Enforcement Cooperation

Upon identification of CSAM/CSAE:

1. **Immediate Removal:** The content is purged from our servers immediately.

2. **Account Termination:** The offending account and all associated data are permanently banned.

3. **Legal Reporting:** We fulfill our mandatory reporting obligations to the **National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)** and relevant local law enforcement agencies globally.
