Qadam Movement Pakistan (QMP), Pakistan Awaam Raaj Tehreek (P.A.R.T) ka disability rights, accessibility aur inclusive representation platform hai. QMP ka bunyadi maqsad Pakistan mein Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) ke huqooq, izzat, barabari, accessibility aur moassar numaindagi ke liye aik mazboot aur muttahid platform faraham karna hai.

QMP ki Federal sadarat Arslan Mughal kar rahe hain.

Qadam Movement Pakistan is baat par yaqeen rakhta hai ke disability sirf kisi fard ka zaati masla nahi, balkeh society, institutions aur state ki zimmedari se bhi juda hua aik aham social aur rights issue hai. Kisi bhi muashray ki taraqqi us waqt tak mukammal nahi ho sakti jab tak us muashray ke tamam afrad ko barabar ke huqooq, moqay aur izzat hasil na ho.

Disability Charity Nahi, Rights Ka Masla Hai

Qadam Movement Pakistan ka aik bunyadi aqeeda ye hai ke disability charity ka nahi, rights ka masla hai.

Persons with Disabilities ko sirf hamdardi, khairaat ya temporary madad ki zaroorat nahi hoti. Unhein apne bunyadi huqooq, dignity, accessibility, education, employment, healthcare, mobility, technology aur decision-making mein barabar ki jagah chahiye.

Hum reham ke bajaye barabari, dignity aur empowerment ki baat karte hain.

Hamari koshish ye hai ke disability ko sirf welfare ke nazariye se dekhne ke bajaye rights aur inclusion ke nazariye se samjha jaye. PWDs ko society ka passive recipient nahi, balkeh active citizen, leader, professional, entrepreneur aur decision-maker samjha jaye.

Taleem Ka Barabar Haq

QMP ka maanna hai ke taleem har shakhs ke liye bunyadi ahmiyat rakhti hai. Persons with Disabilities ko bhi quality aur accessible education hasil karne ke barabar moqay milne chahiye.

Educational institutions mein physical accessibility ke sath sath learning support, digital accessibility aur zaroorat ke mutabiq assistive technology ki sahulat bhi honi chahiye.

Hamara maqsad aisa educational environment dekhna hai jahan disability kisi student ki taraqqi ke raste mein rukawat na bane.

Rozgar Aur Maashi Khudmukhtari

Persons with Disabilities ke liye izzat ke sath rozgar aur maashi khudmukhtari bhi QMP ki aham tarjeeh hai.

Hum samajhte hain ke PWDs ko sirf quota ya limited opportunities tak mehdoood nahi hona chahiye. Unhein skills, training, internships, remote work, freelancing, entrepreneurship aur self-employment ke zariye apni salahiyat ke mutabiq aage barhne ke moqay milne chahiye.

Technology aur digital skills khas taur par un logon ke liye naye raste paida kar sakti hain jo traditional workplace accessibility ke challenges ka samna karte hain.

QMP training, guidance aur opportunities ke farogh ko disability community ki iqtisadi khudmukhtari ka aham zariya samajhta hai.

Accessibility Sab Ke Liye

Accessibility Qadam Movement Pakistan ke bunyadi objectives mein se aik hai.

Accessibility sirf wheelchair users ka masla nahi. Different disabilities rakhne wale afrad ki different zarooriyat hoti hain. Is liye accessibility ko comprehensive aur inclusive approach ke sath samajhna zaroori hai.

Siyasi Aur Samaji Numaindagi

QMP ka aik bunyadi maqsad Persons with Disabilities ko leadership aur decision-making ka hissa banana hai.

PWDs ke bare mein policies aur decisions sirf un logon ke zariye nahi hone chahiye jo disability ko sirf bahar se samajhte hain. Disability community ki apni awaaz, tajurba aur leadership bhi policy-making mein shamil honi chahiye.

QMP aisi moassar siyasi aur samaji numaindagi ki himayat karta hai jahan Persons with Disabilities ko elected forums, institutions, committees aur decision-making structures mein apni awaaz pesh karne ka haq aur moka hasil ho.

Hamari nazar mein "Nothing About Us Without Us" ka concept disability inclusion ke liye aham hai.

Leadership Aur Empowerment

QMP ka maqsad sirf community ko aik jagah jama karna nahi, balkeh community ke andar leadership ko farogh dena bhi hai.

Har shehar, har ilaqay aur har community mein aise afrad mojood hain jo apni salahiyat, tajurbe aur commitment ke zariye positive role ada kar sakte hain.

QMP volunteers, professionals, students, activists aur community members ko apni salahiyat ke mutabiq leadership aur organizational activities mein hissa lene ke moqay dene ki koshish karega.

Merit, Transparency Aur Collective Leadership

Qadam Movement Pakistan merit, transparency aur collective leadership par yaqeen rakhta hai.

Hamari soch kisi aik shakhsiyat ya khandan ke gird siyasi ya organizational structure banane ke bajaye institutions, mashawarat aur collective decision-making ko tarjeeh deti hai.

QMP ke nazdeek leadership aik zimmedari hai, personal privilege nahi.

Organizational decisions mein mashawarat, transparency aur collective participation ko ahmiyat di jani chahiye taa-ke platform mazboot institutions ki bunyaad par aage barhe.

Technology Aur Digital Empowerment

Aaj ke digital daur mein technology Persons with Disabilities ke liye empowerment ka aik aham zariya ban sakti hai.

Assistive technology, smartphones, computers, internet, online education, remote work aur digital platforms PWDs ke liye education, employment aur communication ke naye imkan paida karte hain.

QMP technology aur digital skills ko community empowerment ka hissa samajhta hai aur digital awareness, training aur guidance ke zariye opportunities ko farogh dene ki koshish karega.

Community Support Aur Awareness

QMP ka platform sirf political ya policy discussion tak mehdoood nahi hoga.

Community ke rozmarrah masail, accessibility challenges, education, employment, assistive devices, guidance aur awareness bhi hamari activities ka hissa hain.

Hum community members ko aik aisa platform dena chahte hain jahan woh apne masail share kar saken, aik dosray se seekh saken aur available opportunities aur resources ke bare mein maloomat hasil kar saken.

Women With Disabilities

Women with Disabilities ko bhi QMP ke inclusive vision mein aham jagah hasil hai.

Disability aur gender dono ki wajah se additional challenges ka samna karne wali women ko education, employment, accessibility, safety, leadership aur representation ke barabar moqay milne chahiye.

QMP inclusive participation ko farogh dene ke liye women with disabilities ki awaaz aur leadership ko bhi ahmiyat deta hai.

Volunteers Aur Civil Society

Kisi bhi community movement ki strength sirf us ke office bearers nahi hote, balkeh us ke volunteers aur active members bhi hote hain.

QMP volunteers, NGOs, professionals, students, social workers aur civil society ke sath mil kar awareness campaigns, community activities, outreach aur policy advocacy ko mazboot banane ki koshish karega.

Har shakhs apni capability ke mutabiq is safar mein apna kirdar ada kar sakta hai.

Pakistan Awaam Raaj Tehreek Ke Vision Se Rabta

Qadam Movement Pakistan, Pakistan Awaam Raaj Tehreek (P.A.R.T) ke us broader vision ki himayat karta hai jahan jamhooriyat andar se shuru hoti hai, merit ko ahmiyat di jati hai aur aam shehri ko leadership aur decision-making mein barabar ka moka milta hai.

QMP disability community ke perspective se isi approach ko inclusion, accessibility aur representation ke میدان mein aage barhane ka platform hai.

Hamari koshish hai ke Persons with Disabilities ko bhi Pakistan ke siyasi, samaji aur institutional structure mein aik active stakeholder ke taur par dekha jaye.

Aik aisa Pakistan jahan har Person with Disability izzat, barabari, accessibility, empowerment aur mukammal numaindagi ke sath apni zindagi guzar sake.

Aisa Pakistan jahan disability kisi fard ki potential ko define na kare aur society kisi shakhs ko us ki disability ki wajah se peeche na chhore.

Disabled community ko muttahid karna, un ke huqooq ka tahaffuz karna, awareness phailana, accessibility ko farogh dena, opportunities tak rasai behtar banana aur har satah par Persons with Disabilities ki moassar numaindagi ko yaqini banane ke liye kaam karna.

Na rukawat ki jagah accessibility ho,

Ye safar sirf Persons with Disabilities ka nahi, balkeh aik zyada inclusive aur insaf par mabni Pakistan ka safar hai.

Qadam Movement Pakistan (QMP) is safar ko aik musalsal community, awareness aur representation movement ke taur par aage barhane ke liye pur-azm hai.
