What is QEMT?

The Quinnipiac East Management Team (QEMT) is a neighborhood organization in New Haven, CT open to all residents and businesses from within our city-designated Community Management Team boundaries. QEMT works with city agencies and officials, area businesses and institutions, schools, and religious and nonprofit organizations to improve the quality of life for all. We are a non-partisan, nonprofit organization.

Our territorial limits are bounded on the South by East Ferry and Warwick Streets, on the East by the East Haven city boundary line, on the North by the North Haven city boundary line, and on the West by the Quinnipiac River.
