Didn't get an email after purchase

After purchase via Humble Widget on the site you should get an email with a link from Humble. If you don't get it

1. Make sure the purchase was successful

2. Check your spam folder

3. If you are using Gmail, check the Promotions tab

4. Wait a few minutes

5. Email support [at] pyxeledit.com

Finding your download

The application can be downloaded from your license page on pyxeledit.com or from your Humble download page linked in the purchase email.

• If you have lost access to your Humble page you can use the Humble resender.

• If you have lost access to your license page on pyxeledit.com you can use the Resend license page. See Finding Your License for detailed instructions.
