Privacy Policy — PYX Lari Drive

PYX Shine Cleaning operates PYX Lari Drive to organize cleaning service agreements and invoices in the company’s Google Drive account. This policy covers that Google Drive integration.
Information accessed and used
The integration checks the authorized Google account’s email address and accesses files and folders created by, or specifically authorized for, the application. It uses the limited Google Drive “drive.file” permission rather than requesting access to all Drive files.
Documents uploaded by the integration may contain customer names, contact information, service addresses, cleaning details, scheduled dates, prices, and recorded payment information.
Purpose and storage
We use this information to archive service agreements and invoices, organize them by service date, preserve document versions, and confirm successful uploads.
Documents are stored in the company’s Google Drive. Local copies, upload records, and authorization tokens are also stored on the computer or server running Lari. Authorization tokens allow the integration to operate without asking the account owner to sign in for every upload.
Access and sharing
Google processes uploaded information to provide its Drive service. Access to archived documents depends on the company account’s access and sharing settings. The integration does not automatically publish documents or create public sharing links.
The Drive integration does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. The separate Lari service may send service agreements and invoices to the relevant customer and company staff through WhatsApp.
Retention and deletion
Document copies and upload records remain stored until removed by the company. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact us at the email below. Some business records may need to be retained for accounting or legal obligations.
The account owner can revoke the application’s access through Google Account settings. Revoking access stops future authorized access but does not automatically delete previously stored documents or local copies.
