pyRainWarn = pySTEPS-BE rainfall warnings

PyRainWarn  creates a real-time municipal scale alert system for extreme rainfall events in Belgium. Extreme rainfall is defined by means of return periods and the ensemble probability to exceed the corresponding return values (i.e., rainfall thresholds) in the municipality.
