PyLife ("we", "us", or "our"), developed by VytrixTech, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how PyLife handles your information.
1. 100% Offline-First Architecture
PyLife is an offline Python development environment and interactive coding challenge platform:
• All Python code execution, SQLite queries, and notebook cells run 100% locally on your device via an isolated, on-device runtime.
• Your personal code scripts, projects, and learning history never leave your phone.
2. Information Handled & Collected
• Local Progress & Code: Quiz scores, daily streaks, XP points, and challenge completion states are stored exclusively on your device's local storage.
• Optional Candidate Registration: When you choose to register for an official technical skills assessment pass (Code Arena), your name, email address, and optional college/organization name are securely recorded to generate and verify your Certificate of Achievement.
• No Tracking & No Ads: PyLife does not integrate any third-party advertising SDKs or tracking networks.
3. Data Storage, Security & Deletion
• Security: All code execution is isolated within an on-device local sandbox. Active assessments implement screenshot and capture protection to maintain academic integrity.
• Data Control: You can reset all locally stored code and progress at any time by clearing the app data in Android Settings (Settings > Apps > PyLife > Storage > Clear Data) or by uninstalling the application.
• Record Deletion: To request the deletion of your registered certification records, email us at contact@vytrixtech.com.
4. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
PyLife is an educational learning tool suitable for students and developers of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
