TDA combines tools from algebraic topology and statistical learning to give a quantitative basis for the study of the "shape" of data. For their research Dr. Wilsey’s team developed the LHF(Lightweight Homology Framework). I added python wrappers to allow the tool to be run easily and installed using python pip.
