The Palestine Young Academy provides its members with the following benefits:
A platform for expanding your network with Palestinian and international scholars.
A stimulating environment for academic work and research collaboration among members to undertake multi-disciplinary research.
Training workshops, webinars, and lectures for expanding your knowledge and practice in different aspects that may contribute to enhancing your academic career (The members can deliver and/or participate in these events).
Four-year membership, followed by a lifetime alumni status.
The applicant must be Palestinian, of Palestinian origin, or works in a Palestinian academic/research institute.
The applicant should not be more than 40 years old at the time of application.
The applicant must have a PhD in any field from a university that is internationally and locally recognized.
The PhD applicant must be early-career researcher. At the time of application, the applicant should have earned the doctoral degree at least three years ago.
Be active in scientific research and have a track record of publications in international journals with high impact factor and top-tier conferences.
The applicant must be committed to making a positive impact to the Palestinian scientific community.
Have a proven track record of serving the community (e.g. outreach activities).
Applicants are required to prepare and submit the following documents in English:
