With support from the NBRP, we performed mRNA sequencing of Iberian newt tissue samples using a Nanopore sequencer. The raw sequencing data have been deposited in the DDBJ database, and accession numbers are provided in the accompanying Excel file. A gene model constructed from these sequences is scheduled for public release in the near future.
