Online Purchase Process

1. Website Entry

   - The customer opens the 'Piyu Variety Store' website.

2. Initiation of Online Shopping 

   - The customer clicks the "Shop Online Now" button.

3. Redirection to the Shopping Management System

   - The system redirects the customer to the shopping management interface "Food & Grocery Management System" where products are displayed.

4. Product Selection and Cart Management  

   - Browse Products: The customer navigates the catalogue and selects desired products.  

   - Add to Cart: For each product:

     - Select the product.

     - Add the product to the cart.

   - Review Cart: The customer reviews the cart to ensure all desired items are included.

5. Checkout Process 

   - The customer clicks the "Cart" icon to proceed to checkout.

   - Fill Out Details: The customer completes the checkout form by providing:

     - Name

     - Phone number

     - Address

     - Preferred payment method

6. Invoice Generation  

   - Upon submitting the checkout form, the system:

     - Validates the entered information.

     - Generates an invoice bill detailing all selected products and the total cost.

7. Invoice Printing Requirement 

   - The generated invoice is displayed on the screen.

   - The customer is instructed to print the invoice, which will serve as a reference during delivery.

8. Verification Calling 

     - After completing the order customer get a confirmation call from us.

- The customer must be received the call and verify their order.

9. Order Finalization 

   - The system confirms the order is complete.

   - The printed invoice must be presented to the delivery personnel when the order is delivered.
