Dr. Md. Salahuddin Mina is a Professor in the Physics Discipline at Khulna University, Bangladesh. He completed his B.Sc. (Hons.) and M.S. in Physics from Jahangirnagar University and earned his PhD from Incheon National University, South Korea. His academic and research expertise lies in photovoltaics, energy storage materials, thin-film growth, and device applications, with a particular focus on sustainable renewable energy technologies.
His research primarily focuses on thin-film solar cells, including CIGS, CZTS, and related photovoltaic materials, integrating both experimental fabrication and simulation-based analysis. He has led several funded research projects supported by Khulna University and contributed to the National Research Foundation of Korea (NRF) and KETEP, South Korea.
Prof. Mina has published in reputed international journals and holds two patents registered with the Korean Intellectual Property Office. He is also actively involved in teaching, research supervision, and mentoring at undergraduate and graduate levels, contributing to the advancement of renewable energy research in Bangladesh.
