All users are required to show their college IDs to the Library staff upon entrance to the library.
All bags, cases, folders etc. must be left in the luggage area inside the library at counter
Enroll your Library membership no in Library software at circulation desk before entering in the library.
All users must observe total silence in the library and its environs at all times
Anyone caught marking, defacing or mutilating books or any other library material will be expected to pay for the material with the most current edition of the same
No library equipment may be moved, modified or tampered with without permission from the librarian
Borrowing period is strictly between 8:00 am to 4.30 pm on weekday Monday to Saturday
Students are allowed to borrow a maximum of one book for a period of three days and one book for entire day
Periodicals, magazines, standards, theses, dissertations, RSP report, case studies ,reference books, and rare books are not available for loan
Circulation Policy
Students 1 book for 3 days
Faculty 6 Books for 15 Days
Visiting Faculty- 2 Books for 7 Days
Admin Staff 2 Books for 7 Days
Late fees rules
Rs.10/- per day for text book Students and faculty
Rs.50/- per day for reference book Students and faculty
Opening Hours
Monday – Saturday 8:00 AM to 6 PM
The library will remain closed on Sundays and all public holiday
Lunch Timings : 1.30 pm to 2.00 pm
