The following clearances MUST be obtained by individuals interested in volunteering in the school setting.
Once you have received your clearance results, please complete the volunteer information form and send copies in to the PVES Office marked: PTO Clearances for Board Approval.
All clearances MUST be in by the FIRST THURSDAY of the month to be approved by the school board at that month’s meeting.
The PVSD Board reviews clearances for approval at their monthly meetings. Clearances obtained within the last year may be submitted for approval. Volunteer clearances are valid for 5 years.
