First, you'll venture into the vibrant dry forest. Here, amidst the thorny shrubs and resilient trees, you'll search for the Orange-breasted Bunting, a small but stunning bird with a fiery orange breast and a blue-black head. This localized endemic is a true gem of the dry forest.

Next, you'll delve into the lush jungle, where the air is alive with the sounds of birdsong. Listen for the distinctive calls of the Sinaloa Crow, a sleek black bird with a deep voice, found only in northwestern Mexico.

As you venture deeper, be awestruck by the beauty of the Black-throated Magpie-Jay. This large, social bird with its iridescent blue plumage and long, flowing tail is a true spectacle.

Your guide will then lead you to a secluded area known to harbor two stunning trogons: the Elegant Trogon, with its vibrant green back and crimson belly, and the Citreoline Trogon, a yellow-green beauty endemic to western Mexico.
