By downloading, installing, or playing Word Search (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use or access the Game.
The Game is not intended for children under the age of 13. By using the Game, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Game.
All content, design, graphics, text, and mechanics within Word Search, including but not limited to the word puzzles, visual assets, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Puzzloft.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Game.
The Game may include virtual currency (such as coins) or virtual items (such as hints and lifelines).
No Real-World Value: Virtual items and currency have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Purchases: If the Game offers in-app purchases, all transactions are handled by the Google Play Store. We are not responsible for payment processing errors.
Revocation: We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate virtual items and currency at any time, with or without notice.
The Game is supported by advertisements and may contain links to third-party websites or services.
Puzzloft is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party advertisers or websites.
Any interactions you have with advertisers found within the Game are solely between you and the advertiser.
By playing the Game, you agree not to:
Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Game experience.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game's servers or networks.
Use the Game for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
We aim to continually improve Word Search. We may update, modify, or remove features, levels, or dictionaries at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Game entirely.
The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Puzzloft makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Game's performance, compatibility, or availability. We do not guarantee that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from bugs or viruses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Puzzloft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Game.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Game after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
